The fastest way to place a MedExpress order is through the MedExpress website.
To place an order online:
Go to the MedExpress homepage
Choose a treatment type
Click the orange Start Consultation button
Complete the online consultation to submit your MedExpress order
If you are unable to place a MedExpress order online, the MedExpress customer service team can help you complete your order over the phone.
Can I return a MedExpress product or order?
MedExpress does not accept returns of medications for safety reasons.
If you have unused or expired medication from a MedExpress order:
Take the medication to a local pharmacy for safe disposal
Can I cancel a MedExpress order?
You can cancel a MedExpress order up until the order is dispatched.

Once a MedExpress order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
