MedExpress provides online clinical support, but MedExpress clinical services are not designed for emergencies or urgent situations.

Use this guide when you need to:

  • Find emergency medical help in your province

  • Access mental health crisis support services

  • Contact non-urgent provincial health advice lines

  • Locate additional community or specialist support programs

MedExpress provides online clinical consultations, prescribing, and follow-up support, but MedExpress is not an emergency service.

MedExpress cannot:

  • Respond to urgent or life-threatening medical situations

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention

  • Replace emergency or in-person care services
