  1. Visit the website: Go to medexpress.co/ca.

  3. Provide basic details: Enter your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid email address.

Completing the Online Consultation

What You Will Need

Before starting your consultation, ensure you have the following ready to avoid delays:

  • Photo ID: A valid Canadian driver’s licence, passport, or government-issued photo ID (required for identity verification).

  • Accurate Measurements: Your current height and weight (for BMI calculation).

  • Weight Verification (WV): Clear photos to verify your weight and BMI (required for GLP-1 weight management injectables). If you are unable to provide standard photos due to a medical condition, disability, or religious grounds, contact Customer Care to discuss alternative verification methods.

  • Previous Use Evidence (PUE): Proof of a prior prescription if you are new to MedExpress Canada and requesting a dose higher than the standard starting dose.

  • Payment Method: A valid credit or debit card.

The Order Process

Step 1: Select Your Treatment

Browse our available Canadian treatments:

  • Weight Management: Generic Semaglutide, Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, and Zepbound®.

  • Erectile Dysfunction: Generic Sildenafil, Generic Tadalafil, Viagra®, Cialis®, and chewable mints.

Returning patients: If you are already on a GLP-1 treatment plan, you can request a repeat prescription or a "step-up" (higher) dose when reordering, subject to clinical approval.

Step 2: Complete the Health Questionnaire

Answer clinical questions regarding your current health, medical history, and any medications you are taking. Your eligibility is assessed by a licensed Canadian healthcare professional based on these details.

Step 3: Payment and Submission

  • Payment Processing: Payment is collected before you are prompted to upload required documentation.

  • Order Hold: Once payment is processed, your order is placed on hold pending document submission and clinical review.

  • Automatic Cancellation: Orders are cancelled and refunded if required verification details are not submitted within 14 days for weight management injectables, or 7 days for non-injectable treatments.

Uploading Required Documents

If documentation is required (such as ID, Weight Verification photos, or Previous Use Evidence), you can submit it through:

  • Email: Reply directly to any email sent by the MedExpress Canada clinical team with your documents attached.

  • Live Chat: Send your documents directly through the live chat feature on our website.

Order Statuses & Typical Timeframes

Once submitted, your order follows these clinical and fulfillment stages:

  1. Pending Evidence: Your order remains on hold until required ID, Weight Verification, or prior prescription evidence is submitted.

  2. Clinical Review (1–4 Working Days): A licensed Canadian clinician evaluates your questionnaire and medical information to ensure the medication is safe for you.

  3. Action Needed (If Applicable): If the clinician requires additional information or medical clarification, your order status will display "Action Needed," and an email will be sent to you detailing what is required.

  4. Pharmacy Preparation: Once approved by the clinician, your prescription is sent to a partner pharmacy to be dispensed.

  5. Dispatch: Your package is assembled and handed over to our courier partner. Injections are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging; tablets are shipped in standard discreet packaging.

  6. Delivery (1–3 Working Days): The courier delivers your tracked package directly to your specified Canadian shipping address.
