How the MedExpress Canada Service Works

  1. Complete an online consultation: Fill out the online medical questionnaire detailing your symptoms, health history, and current medications.

  2. Clinical review: A licensed Canadian healthcare professional evaluates your questionnaire to determine if the requested treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

  3. Follow-up (if required): If the clinician needs additional details, a photo, or medical clarification, a message will be sent through your account dashboard or email.

  4. Prescription & Delivery: Once approved, your prescription is dispensed by a regulated pharmacy partner and shipped directly to your address in plain, discreet packaging.

What MedExpress Canada Does Not Treat

MedExpress Canada is designed exclusively for non-emergency, routine outpatient healthcare. MedExpress Canada does not provide:

  • Emergency Medical Care: If you are experiencing chest pain, severe allergic reactions, shortness of breath, or medical emergencies, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately.

  • In-Person Physical Examinations: Conditions that require direct physical examination, complex ongoing monitoring, or manual diagnostic procedures.

  • Complex Diagnostic Conditions: Health issues requiring specialized in-person laboratory testing before a clinical diagnosis can be established.
