Shipping Costs and Delivery Speed

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping is FREE for all MedExpress Canada customers across all supported provinces.

  • Delivery Speed: Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 working days after your order has been dispatched.

  • Processing Time: Delivery timeframes begin only after a licensed clinician approves your prescription and the partner pharmacy dispatches your parcel—not from the moment you submit your online consultation. Certain treatments (such as weight management injectables) may require additional clinical safety checks before approval.

Covered Canadian Provinces

Orders placed through medexpress.co/ca are delivered exclusively to addresses within the following provinces:

  • Alberta

  • British Columbia

  • Manitoba

  • Ontario

  • Saskatchewan

Order Dispatch Cutoffs and Timelines

To dispatch an order, a MedExpress Canada clinician must first review, approve, and issue a prescription. Once approved:

  • Monday to Thursday (Before 3:00 PM EST): Orders approved before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday are eligible for same-day dispatch.

  • After 3:00 PM EST or Weekends: Orders approved after 3:00 PM EST on Thursday, or anytime over the weekend, are dispatched the following Monday.

Packaging and Privacy Protection

All orders are dispensed and delivered in partnership with a registered Canadian mail-order pharmacy authorized to dispense prescription treatments.

  • Discreet Packaging: Every order is shipped in plain, neutral packaging with no logos, branding, or product labels to protect your privacy.

  • Temperature-Sensitive Medications: Cold-chain medications (such as GLP-1 weight management injectables) are shipped in specialized refrigerated packaging with cold packs to ensure they remain safe and effective in transit.
