MedExpress does not provide public discount codes on an ongoing basis. When a discount code is available, it will be displayed directly on the MedExpress website, along with the terms of that specific offer.
Where to Find Current MedExpress Discount Codes
Active MedExpress discount codes are shown on the MedExpress website, typically as a banner near the top of the page. This banner will display the discount code itself, what the code discounts, and the general terms of the offer, such as customer eligibility and the expiry date. Full conditions for each individual code are listed below.
How to Apply a MedExpress Discount Code
To apply an active discount code, a customer enters the code at checkout on the MedExpress website. The discount will be applied to the order only if the code is currently active and the order meets that code's specific conditions, as listed below.
Current and Recent MedExpress Discount Codes
Code: WELCOME
Discount: 100% off the online visit fee (does not discount the cost of medication).
Eligibility: New customers only.
Usage limit: Can be used once only, on a customer's first order. WELCOME cannot be applied to a second or later order, even by the same customer, and is not automatically reapplied to future orders.
Expiry: Valid until the date shown on the MedExpress website at the time of the offer. Always check the website banner for the current expiry date, as this may change.
General Rules That Apply to All MedExpress Discount Codes
Unless a specific code's conditions above state otherwise:
A discount code can only be used within its stated validity period, as shown on the MedExpress website.
A discount code cannot be combined with any other active discount code on the same order.
A discount code is not applied automatically — it must be entered manually at checkout.
