Updating Your Payment Method

MedExpress does not operate on a subscription basis or automatically charge saved cards. Because treatments are reordered on a pay-as-you-go basis when you need your next dose, payment methods are updated directly at checkout when placing an order:

  • At Checkout: When entering your billing details for a new purchase, you can enter a new credit or debit card, or select alternative options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.

  • Saving Cards for Future Orders: To save your updated card details for future purchases, check the option labelled "Remember this card for future payments" during checkout.

Updating Your Email Address

To change the primary email address linked to your MedExpress account, please contact Customer Care. Our team will verify your identity and update your registered email address on your behalf.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you encounter errors while trying to access your account:

  • Verify Credentials: Double-check that your email address and password are entered correctly without extra spaces.

  • Reset Password: Request a password reset link if you suspect your password is incorrect.

  • Clear Browser Data: Clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove saved login data that may be causing a conflict.

  • Switch Browser or Device: Try logging in using a different browser (such as Google Chrome or Apple Safari) or another device.

  • Network Connection: Ensure you have a stable, active internet connection.

Deactivating Your Account

If you would like to close or deactivate your MedExpress account, contact Customer Care. Our team will process your request and confirm once your account has been deactivated.
